Hi All,

I need to create a Gantt chart that shows how long it is taking to approve construction drawings. I have attached a schedule of the drawings in question with each one having its own reference number and a issue and review date for each revision. I need the Gantt chart to show the time taken for each revision to be completed (this is the difference between the issue and review date). I can create a Gantt chart for repeated tasks which have the same number of repeats; for example if all drawings had 3 revisions it would be fine, however each drawing has a different number of revisions and I cannot seem to figure out how to construct the Gantt chart. Some of the dates are missing, these will be populated when I have received the information. Cant post the file here to request if you would like to see it. Your help is appreciated.

Oh, im running excel 2010
