Excel into Access

Can I take a worksheet from XL and send it to access and have it automatically populate a database? Whats the best way to take the XL data into a brand new access file?

In Access-->Get External Data-->Import-->Chose the File Type and Browse to your workbook. Follow the wizard from there. Note that for some things it's better to link to an external worksheet than import. (That's in the External Data options too...)
