Excel Online Help with automatically grouping data from 2 cells

Good Afternoon All, I have an automatic system that downloads data to excel online, as you can see below in the table this is how the downloaded data comes.
I am trying to either make a formula or something that can sort the "null" changed column to only include data with No selected as an option, the thing is the stock changed data is linked. So On team A where they have clicked No,Yes. Stock 1234-Football has not been changed hence the No. and 1566-Tennis Ball was changed. hence the YES.

What i am after is finding a way to automatically delete the stock that is connected with any YES changed data.

The data is in order so the first response in null changed matches the first data from stock and so on.

Any help or ideas would be grand !
