If I have an Excel Workbook and I have six people sharing the same workbook, is there any way I can set permissions so they each control certain pieces of the workbook so the objective is when one person is in the workbook he or she can only change her info and not others.

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
If its shared over a network then you could look into protecting or unprotecting certain worksheets based on the username, something along the lines of;

Code:
Dim User As String
User = Environ("username")
If User = "JazzSP8" Then
Sheet1.Unprotect (PASSWORD)
Sheet2.Protect (PASSWORD)
End If

Place something like that the ThisWookbook module, it works for me on one of my spreadsheets... :)
