We recently installed Office 2007 (from 2003) and many of my colleagues are having the same 'paste special' problem:
- In 2003, we could color code excel data (e.g., blue, red, green) and then paste an enhanced metafile into powerpoint and the chart would show black and white text, as desired. this was highly efficient.
- In 2007, copying/pasting the same color-coded chart gives you color-coded text and gridelines. While inconvenient, you can turn off the gridlines, but the colors remain (i.e., not black and white as before). This is problematic because coloring the Excel cells black and white is not an option. Printer is set to a B/W printer.
Does anyone know how to do something similar to the 2003 'paste special' method in 2007?
Thanks much.
