Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
It looks like it's to explain OR and AND and NOT.

I'll show you how to do the first one, then you should know how to do the second one

The easiest way to figure out things like this is to break them down piece by piece.

So first:
AND(1>1,2>1) will return FALSE because they have to both be true to return TRUE and 1 is not greater than 1.
NOT reverses the result of the boolean (TRUE or FALSE) expression.
So now the value is TRUE
and will therefore return 1 from the first expression.
