Excel to Display Room Booking Information

I have been playing around with Excel Trying to Get the following to occur ( automatically )

Example:

Sheet 1

A1 = Bluegum Room { Colunm Name }

A2 = Microsoft Luncheon { Function Name }
A3 = 10:00 { Start Time }
A4 = 13:00 { End Time }
A5 = Anthony { Delegates Name }

A6 = IBM Dinner { Function Name }
A7 = 18:00 { Start Time }
A8 = 21:00 { End Time }
A9 = Anthony { Delegates Name }

B1 = Wattle Room { Colunm Name }

B2 = Microsoft Luncheon { Function Name }
B3 = 10:00 { Start Time }
B4 = 13:00 { End Time }
B5 = Anthony { Delegates Name }

B6 = IBM Dinner { Function Name }
B7 = 18:00 { Start Time }
B8 = 21:00 { End Time }
B9 = Bruce { Delegates Name }

Sheet 2 { Bluegum Room }

Only Display the ;

Function Name
Start - End Time
Delegates Name

Based on the Function Time ( Only Display the Upcomming function ) 1hr prior or the

Sheet 3 { Wattle Room }

Only Display the ;

Function Name
Start - End Time
Delegates Name

Based on the Function Time ( Only Display the Upcomming function ) 1hr prior or the


I want to use a Java / Webpage or alike to display the output of Sheet 2 and Sheet 3, A Seperate screen in front of each room, displaying the function names etc ??

Is it too much of an ask for excel ?

Any Idea's would be greatly appreciated ?
