How can I get this to return the timestamp that's in another cell? Where is has scan time, I need that to come from the scan list sheet.

This is where the timestamp is originating from. I need to have this copied to my list instead of saying "No".

Lastly:

I need any employees who have scanned and display the timestamp to show on this roster.

Basically I just need all my info to copy to this only if they have shown to have a timestamp. This will be my electronic roster with the class info for future records after the employee attend the class. I only want it to display everyone who scanned in the list above.

Sorry, I know I asked a lot, but I appreciate any help.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
That is exactly what I was referring to. :)
Try
Excel Formula:
=FILTER(Table_OnPremises3,Table_OnPremises3[Scan Time]<>"")

Delete everything from the other cells.

Is that in a structured table?
If so convert it to a range, that type f formula does not work in a table.

I think that is what I was trying to say before is that it really isn't a table. At one time it was linking to an OnPremise excel file, but since then I no long have need for that and just keeping things local. Not sure how that needs to change to a range.

It is a Table, as is the data you are pulling from. You will need to convert the output table into a range.
Select the cell with the formula & then select the "Table design" tab & "Convert to range"

Well, that ended up being adverse to my file. It completely removed all my scanning and timestamp functionality when I did that.
