Excel VBA repeat numerical series n times based on variable

I need your help for repeating series or part of series ( 1 to 50) in column A data based on various values from column B to W. Details as mention below.

Serial No.	varible number from column B to W or more)
A	B	C	D	E	F	G	H	I	J	K	L	M	N	O	P	Q	R	S	T	U	V	w		Output	Each row having maximum of 5000 output value
