Excel VBA repeat numerical series n times based on variable

Dear All, Thank you very much.

I need your help for repeating series or part of series ( 1 to 50) in column A data based on various values from column B to W. Details as mention below.

Serial No.varible number from column B to W or more)
ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVwOutputEach row having maximum of 5000 output value
