Hi,
I’m trying to create a .CSV file separated by semicolon instead of a comma, like this exemplary file here, but some of the rows contain special characters and all the data must be wrapped by double quotes.
I have changed the list separator under the Region in my windows control panel to be able to save it with semicolon.
But when I save it as CSV, excel exports some of the fields but not others, and when I check the file for errors in the CSVed program I get error message (They had less/more columns than the first row which has 19 columns), and when I try to import it into phpMyAdmin I get Error (Invalid field count in csv input on line 1)
Some of these rows are empty, should I put double quotes in them too?
Also what is the best way to save this excel file into CSV, Semicolon separated without errors?
Any help would be appreciated.
