Exporting Info from outlook to excel

Hi.

I've had a look on line but all the Macros are too complicated. I am looking for the following

Looking for an email with the title

West Availability Report – 0500hrs Tuesday 25th July 2017 ( the date changes daily)

to extract information in it (a table to be exact) and move it to Excel
