Extracting Text

Hello! I have a report that will populate out separate line items with each new note that has been added. At the end of the cell within the ( ) which contains the information that I need to extract and have the ( ) removed. Each cell within this column can either have one or multiple sets of ( ). Below is an example. Any assistance is greatly welcomed!
