Hi Guys,

Apologies in advance if my post is not formatted correctly as this is my first question - this is a simple question that seems to have a complicated solution.

In my spreadsheet I have 1540 book titles for each book title I have multiple subjects, e.g animals, children etc. I want to have all the subjects for a title in one cell under a subjects column - however when I want to filter by subject I want each subject to have it's own individual selection.

for an example, at the moment it looks similar to this;

nKxwg.jpg

but I want it to look like this:

PAPnq.jpg

So if i were to select "Animate" as a filter for example, it would show every title with the subject animate, even if the subject cell also contained "Reveal", "Separate" etc.

I hope that makes sense!

Thanks in advance for any advice.

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
AFAIK that cannot be done.
