I have a workbook with 22 worksheets.
I have list of names on worksheet("firstaid"). The first column is the name of the person, the second column is that person's name AND the characters "L1" or "L2" which indicates their level of first aid.

2 CARA CARA L1
3 DAN DAN L2
I need to be able to find their names throughout the workbook and replace it with the names in the second column. I can't simply replace their names once because their positions within the workbook change every week. I just want to run a batch "find and replace" for the entire workbook once a week when the schedules are finalized.
Any good ideas?
