Hi there,

Looking for a bit of help or inspiration! I have a spread sheet with about 6000 items on it.

COLUMN A: Order Numbers
COLUMN B: ORDER DATES
COLUMN C: COUNT (counting instances of order number)

Unfortunatley a lot of the dates for the order numbers are duplicated and I am looking for a way to identify them so I can remove them.

Any assistance would be greatly appriciated!

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Hi,

Copy this into Cell B1 and copy paste down your data, this will highlight any second entries in your list.

=IF(SUMPRODUCT(--($A$2:$A2=$A2),--($B$2:$B2=$B2))>1,"Duplicate","")
