Finding Duplicate Data in Same Row, but Different Columns

Working on a spreadsheet that has multiple phone numbers on same row. Looking for an "if" statement that will check for duplicate numbers in the same row and then tell me if there is a "Dup" or "No Dup" for that row.

Jan Doe 555-1234 555-4321 555-1234 Dup
John Doe 555-0987 555-1234 555-6543 No Dup
