Formatting an excel document

I am trying to make a report out of a bunch of data. I have about 80 columns of info that I want to show data for but it needs to be in a specific format. I want the first 8 columns of information to show up on every page (it has info related to the other columns that needs to be seen at all times). I essentially want to freeze the first 8 columns. When it prints out I want to be able to have it print the first 8 columns with as many other columns that would fit on the page. The page needs to be printable to size of 11x17. For example

Print cols
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13

Next page print cols
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 14 15 16 17 18

then
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 19 20 21 22 23 and so on....

Any ideas?

For the first you can use Freeze Panes. For the second goto Page Setup-->Sheet-->Columns to repeat at left.

In Excel 2007+ Goto Page Layout & click the Dialog Launcher in the bottom right-hand corner of the Page Setup group.

Format-->Cells (Ctrl+1)-->Border. Color selections are on the lower left, under Line Style.
