Good Afternoon,
I am working on a project which has a "form letter" that provides information about their record. Depending on the number of items in their record/profile their letter could be one or more pages. What I would like to do is (a) print our masthead (which is an image) on page one of EACH persons letter -- that is each time the report switches to a new person the mast head would appear; and (2) for letters which are more than 1 page, have page X of Y printed in the footer.

I am at a loss on how to do this, can you please provide some guidance.

Thanks

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
each time the report switches to a new person the mast head would appear;
Where does this happen? Continuing on the same page where a person's data ends, if there is space? Or on a new page? If the former, the logo would have to appear in the recipient section header.
have page X of Y printed in the footer.
Which footer? There is a group footer for every group, a page footer and a report footer. For a page count on each page, put ="Page " & [Page] & " of " & [Pages] in a text box in the page footer.
