formatting -% to be in (), rather than -

Hey,
A regular percentage formatting in excel will give me: -35.50%, however, my auditors are requiring it to look like this: (35.50%)
I've been playing around with the custom formatting, but don't seem to be able to figure it out.
Please help!

Try with

0.00%;(0.00%)

Do I understand you right;
you always want the percentage to be positive and in a ().

If so, if your number(s) is in cell F20
then type this in Cell G20

=IF(F20>0;"("&F20&"%"&")";"("&-1*F20&"%"&")")
