Formula calculating two criteria and adding together

Hi there excel gurus

How do I write a formula for an invoice that will calculate the following mileage:

mileage up to <=200km the rate is .50c, remaining mileage >200km rate is .35c - the formula will be in one cell looking at the quantity in the next cell. So for anything over 200km the formula will be adding two calculations together.

Hope I have explained my requirement correctly.

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
