Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
Try:
Code:
=TRIM(RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-FIND(" -in- ",A1)-5))

If your text always has "-in-" in it (lower case is important) and you want the text after it, then maybe this formula will work for you...

=TRIM(RIGHT(SUBSTITUTE(A1,"-in-",REPT(" ",999)),999))
