Formula for removing characters before or after a specific symbol or phrase

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)

If your text always has "-in-" in it (lower case is important) and you want the text after it, then maybe this formula will work for you...

=TRIM(RIGHT(SUBSTITUTE(A1,"-in-",REPT(" ",999)),999))
