Hi All,

I'm new to the forum in terms of posting but have searched around this forum for years for help with bits on Excel.

I'm hoping for some help in terms of some formula if possible. I'm trying to create a timetable as such. I have a few days as sheets with different students names on and then an overall sheet where I have every student on. I would like to work out how many sessions that each student has to attend but can not work out what formula I would need.

Thanks in advance.

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
How about:

For day 1

=IFNA(VLOOKUP(B2, 'Day 1'!B:F, 5, 0), 0)

For day 2

=IFNA(VLOOKUP(B2, 'Day 2'!B:F, 5, 0), 0)
