I have a XLS with two sheets, ROTA and SETUP

Setup consists of some cells refering to the location of a file called COMPANY ROTA.XLS (EG c:/..../..../).

Setup also decifers what week it is and creates the references it would need to pull back the rota'ed hours for that week and following weeks.

ROTA sheet uses these references to build INDIRECT() calls for the data.
All works fine, very happy with it.

I want to pull the comments from COMPANY ROTA.XLS and put them in the new sheet ROTA which provides and overview of the year (Company rota has a week per sheet view... fyi)

Any ideas on how to approach this?

Steve

Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
Do you mean pull the cell Comments (i.e. the ones with the red triangle in the corner of the cell) or are the comments simply text within cells in your COMPANY ROTA workbook?
