Having a kind of Table of Contents

I was wondering if there was a macro or any Excel function kind of like the one in Word where you can make a Table of Contents. I'm not so much concerned with the page numbers aspect, but I want to be able to click on a tab title, and the respective excel tab/sheet to open without me having to scroll over. There are quite a few tabs, so this would save a lot of time.

Right click the cell you want the user to click on and click on hyperlink. Then select the "Place in this document" tab on the left. Type in where you want it to go and viola!
