What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Try

=TEXT(TODAY()-6,"mmmm dd, yyyy") & " through " & TEXT(TODAY(),"mmmm dd, yyyy")

Try

=TEXT(EDATE(TODAY(),-6),"mmmm dd, yyyy") & " through " & TEXT(TODAY(),"mmmm dd, yyyy")

EDATE requires the analysis toolpack addin from Tools - Addins

Also, if you're planning on using this type of formula alot, you'll be well served puttin g =TODAY() in a cell by itself, then refer to that cell in the formula.

Say A1 =TODAY()
=TEXT(EDATE(A1,-6),"mmmm dd, yyyy") & " through " & TEXT(A1,"mmmm dd, yyyy")
