Hi,
What I want to do is simple in principle, but I can't work out how to do it!

I have data in a table that has a number of fields (40+), two of which are forename and surname.
I wish to create a report that has on the top forename and surname (which seems easily done), however I want the rest of the fields for that particular person showed on that page.
When I create a report using the wizard, the fields flow in a row across several pages.
I would like them to essentially wrap wround and stay on one page.

Any advice?

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
If the wizard isn't wrapping the fields on your page, you can try using other wizards. Your best bet is to adjust the detail section in report design view by moving the fields around, so you can fit all the data on one sheet.
