I am looking for some assistance with a formula.

I need it to say if there is text in g11 through g15 I need it to calculate 192*(each field with a text entry) in cell H22.

Example: (This would be 192*3 since three of the 5 cells have text so H22 would read 576)

James
Nancy
Frank

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Try:

Code:
[TABLE="width: 332"]
<colgroup><col width="332"></colgroup><tbody>[TR]
   [TD="width: 332"]=SUMPRODUCT(--(ISTEXT($G$11:$G$15)))*192
[/TD]
 [/TR]
</tbody>[/TABLE]

Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
H22=COUNTIF(G11:G15,"*")*192
