Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
What you've defined is a COUNTIFS where ALL the conditions are true.
FormR's reply has defined an OR where at least one of the conditions are true.
But as you haven't defined what you're counting for it's impossible to say.
