Help with Excel Chart

Hello,

I want to create an Excel chart similar to the one below and am hoping to automate as many features as possible, such as conditional formatting for the green/yellow/red coloring, variable thickness of the bars on the graph depending on the margin contribution percentage (first row of data below) and up or down arrows based on year over year (data above the bars in the chart vs. the fourth row of data below).

Unfortunately, I don't have any additional information, such as a soft copy. Any help would be much appreciated. I did try Googling the different component pieces first but was having difficulty trying to piece something like this together.
