Help with formula

Col O has numbers from .01 to 999.99
I want to search col O and sum those from .01 to 9.99 in cell BA4

This is not working

=SUMIFS($O$30:$O$999,">=0.01",$O$30:$O$999,"<=9.99")

=SUMIFS( $O$30:$O$999,$O$30:$O$999,">=0.01",$O$30:$O$999,"<=9.99")​
