Hey all,

So my situation is that we have an excel layout that has a column H that has dates that the item needs to be calibrated. I was wondering would it be possible to set an IF statement that would change either the box that has the date or a separate box to the side, either red for if it expires 2 months from the current day yellow if 3 months, and green for 4 months and over? Anyone who could help would be much appreciated.

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
You need to use Conditional Formatting, My use of it has been limited (only once or twice) so rather than me try and explain (and most likely get it wrong) do a quick Google search for "Excel Conditional Formatting" and it will give you what you need.

Cheers
