Hlookup & If Query based on dropdown values

I hope someone can help me. I have a table in cells B2:m18. The column headers are months of the year starting with April.

What I am trying to do, is populate a cell with some specific cell data from within the table base on two dropdown cells.

For example if within sheet1 and within cell H4 the user selects "Dealer1" from a dropdown and within H6 the user selects "April" from the dropdown, I need another cell "Units" H5 in Sheet2 be populated with the correct unit target for April for Dealer1 from within the table B2:m18 and so forth and so on

Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
