How can i emphasize the origin in a graph?

In my y-axis there are values above and below the origin. Is there a way i can make the origin line thicker so that it stands out from the other lines on the y-axis? I hope i've managed to explain. Thanks in advance.

Sure, just right click on the X axis, and hit the Format Axis option, then on the Patterns tab, in the Lines section, change the weight.
You can also change the colour - for example, make it black, or red, and make all the other grid lines grey.

What can you recommend? I could modify bitmaps of my graphs on Paint like this, but i'd rather have excel do it right at the first place.

You should be able to add a dummy series

plot it as a line and adjust the weight of the line.
