I'm curious to know if there is a function within excel or combination of functions that can allow me to handle a task.

I would like to populate a list, by taking information from a range of data randomly, however I want to ensure that no duplicate values would be taken from this list.

The goal of the workbook is to produce effective workouts from a list of exercises within the range of data. The list would populate itself from the range of exercises on the chart using a match/index formula to ensure that the exercises relate to the muscle group being targeted that day, however the list cannot be populated by duplicate exercises.

I was thinking I could try some combination of IF and Random but I figured I'd post this here just in case.

Thanks in advance!
