how do I create a range line graph with negative and positive numbers?

Hi

I have a range of numbers from -3 up to +9. I want to create a line graph showing the top and bottom ranges. I know that I have to split it into range top and range bottom, but I'm not sure how to create a line graph. I am using Excel 2013, if that helps.

Just type the values and select them and then Click on Insert Tab>Charts>Line and then click what ever line you like most. You can google "How to draw charts in Excel" as well to learn more about drawing charts and many things else.
