I have a drop down working awesome and even a drop down within the drop down. How do I get the formatting right so that the second drop down will work correctly for all 150 rows and not just the top row?

I am using =INDIRECT($a$4)
Please help!

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
I figured it out! It was a duh moment when I did too! Anyways: =INDIRECT(A4). Then Shift Control and down arrow to highlight the rows. Then Control D to copy Data Validation down the rows.
