How do you hide Command Buttons

Hi all,

how do I make the Command Button (Active X Control) not print on paper?

Please advise. thank you

Are you printing via VBA code, or are you going through the File > Print method in Excel?

If it's VBA, I would say you just add a "CommandButton.visible = False" line of code into your print module.

Otherwise, you can right click on the command button, choose Properties, and then toggle "Print Object" from true to false.

When in Design Mode, right-click the CommandButton, select Properties on the popup menu that appears, find the PrintObject property and set it to False.
