How to change result of Hyperlink function to real Hyperlink

Hi,

I am new to this forum and I appoligize if I will repet question but really I cound not find answer on the board.

My problem is following:

I am crating links using following function:

=Hyperlink(a1;b1)

where :
a1: I have file location on server
b1: Friendly link name

Question: How can I change result of this formula to real link to be put in for example next column. I have abt 100 files.

I need this to copy & paste to other application in this case one of my SharePoint lists.
