Hi,

I want to copy a row of 4 cells, then a 1 cell space, then another 5 cells all in one go.
Is this possible? I have tried with holding Ctrl and selecting both ranges, but when it is pasted it pastes it without the 1 cell gap. Its just 9 cells all next to eachother.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sam

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Put your cursor in the leftmost cell then hold down CTRL and Shift then press the Right arrow key 3 times. This will select all 10 cells as one block to copy and paste.
