How to create a function for a legend?

I have a legend with 4 pictures of pie graphs to represent 25, 50, 75 and 100%. If a user types 1, I want that to automatically copy the 25% pie image into that cell. Similarly, if the user types 2, copy 50% image, 3 copy 75% image and 4 copies 100%.

How can I do this? I thought of macros but I don't know where to start.

Thanks
