How to create mulitple new lines in body of email using HYPERLINK Function

Hello,

I am using '%0D' or '%0A' in the body of my hyperlink formula, however, if i use it once it works, if i use it more i get an error.

=HYPERLINK(
"mailto:xxx"&
"&cc=xxx"&
"?cc=xxx"&
"?cc=xxx"&

"&subject="
&A1&

"&body=

Did you try to use vbNewLine
e.g.
"Hi all" & vbNewLine & _
"Please see attached" & vbNewLine & vbNewLine

Will this work on cell formula or is it for vba? Unfortunately the sheet needs to be free of macros.

Oops sorry misread it early in the morning in formula i would use &CHAR(10) to add line breaks but don't know if that would work here for you
