how to create the data with arabic language

Dear MVP's,

I need to ate the uploading file with 4 columns, in 4th column data need in Arabic, I have the guy for Arabic typing. but when he types the text no issues, but if any cell contains alpha and numbers then numbers showing in English. actually numbers also need in Arabic. how to do?
