How to get rid of #NAME?

I have this formula and it's producing the #NAME? error.

=IF($C74=”A”,U$79,IF($C74=”B”,U$80,IF($C74=”C”,U$81)))

How do I correct this?

They should be straight "

Did that formula get copied from some other source?

Try retyping each quote mark manually.
