Dropbox help didn't help. Just joined board. Searched archive and didn't find answer.

I'm creating a spreadsheet index and I would like to hyperlink cells in an Excel spreadsheet to open and view documents stored on Dropbox. I can do a hyperlink that permits download of the document, but I just want to open and view (not download). And I'd like the spreadsheet to be shareable and usable on mobile devices.

Is this doable?

Can an Excel spreadsheet with hyperlinks to documents stored on Dropbox be used on an iPad (or iPhone)?

Thanks in advance for any help!
