How to write Yes/No formula based on 7 other yes/no questions?

Greetings,
i am having hard time finding a way to write a simple decision formula that is suppose to say if my form filled out is accepted or not based on the yes/no answers provided in 7 questions above this decision cell (C98) shown in picture below.

your help is greatly appreciated!

Excel Facts

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
Try
Excel Formula:
=IF(COUNTIF(C91:C97,"yes")=7,"Yes","No")

Thanks a lot Mr. Peter_SSs, how easily you solved my question, i was pulling my hair out on this one. Wish to learn this language of excel as well as you do someday :):)
