Hyperlink Formula

Hi,

I have the hyperlink formula shown below in my workbook that takes you to the top of the table that is in the formula. I'm hoping someone can tell me how I can rewrite this formula to take me to the last row in this column and then down one more row. I want this so that when the hyperlink is selected it takes me to the first row below the last entry so the user can add an entry to the table.

Excel Formula:
=HYPERLINK("#" & "tblDEMJobName[[#Headers],[DEM Job Name]]","test2")

=HYPERLINK("#" & "OFFSET(tblDEMJobName[[#Headers],[DEM Job Name]],ROWS(tblDEMJobName)+1,0)","test2")

That is awesome. I had found a method in a YouTube video, but it was much busier than this and I couldn't even make it work. Thanks, much appreciated.
