I want to create salary in my sheet on a one page(A4)

I want to add a salary row are you can say it a cell in my sheet which screen shot is below ...

Well you tried to make me understand very well but you know I am newbie in Excel ... so Please can you explain it more simply? I mean with Formulas ..... & Also more simple ....
