I want to see if the customer is doing well or not.

Good afternoon,

I would like to see in % if the customer is doing well or not. So now that we are in February can't see a thing. This should be working in a Pivot table otherwise I think its to much data. How can I do this?

First question, what is the benchmark to see if a customer is doing well or not?

If I compare 2021/01 to 2022/01 I would like to in % if they doing better or worse. So in this case 193 is worse or better said, way lower then 1347. So how in % are they behind?
