Hello. I have an if/and formula that is working just fine however, I'm wondering if when there is no data returned (either N/A or "blank") can that cell not show up?

Example: Now

A1: NA
A2: NA
A3: Hobbit
A4: Harry
A5: N/A
A6: Speed Racer

Example: What I'm trying to get

A1: Hobbit
A2: Harry
A3: Speed Racer

I'm looking to not have the spreadsheet only report on the cells with data. Other wise I'll have to scroll through all of the returned information when I only care about the actual names.

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
If you had a header cell in A1 instead of starting data there, you could just select that column, click on Data, Filter then uncheck N/A, NA and blanks
